We are currently recruiting a People & Inclusion Manager to join our friendly HR team. This is a newly created role that will work closely with our freedom to speak up guardian, the wider organisation, and our system partners. You will be a subject matter expert on the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda, with a proven ability to engage at all levels in a compassionate and engaging manner.
You will be joining an organisation that is committed to being anti-racist, inclusive, and diverse and you will play a vital role in helping us design and deliver the strategic and operation EDI programme. The role will include project management and collating information which you will share through reports and presentation in several forums and meetings. This role will also ensure we meet our obligations under the Equality Act2and the Public SectorEqualityDuties, whilst leading work both strategically and operationally in implementing the EDI plan and the 6 high impact actions.
The role will work on developing key relationships and engaging with communities and stakeholders to improve the experience of diverse groups that work within our organisation and wider system.

Thisactivity would include leadership and oversight of the NHSE EDI High Impact Action plan,Equality Delivery System, gender pay gap and wider EDI demographic workforce reportingsuch as WRES and WDES.
