The NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board is seeking a People and Inclusion Manager to join their HR team in Chippenham. This newly created role focuses on advancing the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) agenda within the organisation and its partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic EDI initiatives, ensuring compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and Public Sector Equality Duties, and engaging with various stakeholders to enhance the experiences of diverse groups. The role also involves project management, reporting, and actively contributing to system-wide EDI efforts, including leadership on key action plans and workforce demographic reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage with individuals at all levels compassionately, and will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive work environment.
