Are you experienced in the administration side of the Trac recruitment system and looking for a flexible opportunity to contribute to an important project? We have a part-time (15 hours per week) position available to implement our Talent Pool module as part of a pilot project, running until 31 March 2025. This role is ideal for someone wanting to increase their hours or work part time hours while maintaining flexibility. You'll play a crucial role in setting up and coordinating the pilot, ensuring the successful integration of the Talent Pool into our recruitment processes and providing key project updates. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth set up and rollout of the Trac Talent Pool. Coordinate the project timeline, identifying and addressing any challenges to keep the project on track. Liaise with colleagues to align the Talent Pool with existing processes and ensure system optimisation. Produce formal minutes, project updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Provide support and guidance to recruiting managers in using the Talent Pool module, troubleshooting any issues as they arise. Collaborate with external partners, as needed, to ensure all elements of the pilot are implemented successfully. "}
