District Nurses work as part of the team to lead and manage both registered and non-registered staff and have overall responsibility and accountability for the assessment, management and evaluation of care delivered to patients on a designated caseload. In addition, you will have responsibility for performance and clinical activity and be required to be responsive to changing health care needs and complexity. The working hours are Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00. It is an essential requirement that you have a car for work use and have a UK driving licence.
