The role involves leading and managing both registered and non-registered staff and overseeing patient care assessment, management, and evaluation for a designated caseload.
Key responsibilities include providing specialized nursing care, managing clinical activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in remaining at home. Leadership, clinical governance, and promoting self-care are also integral to the position.

The working hours are Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00.

- Melton Hospital DN team - East North
The location of the job opportunities and preference of base will be discussed further at interview.
It is an essential requirement that you have a car for work use and have a UK driving licence.
