Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking qualified District Nurses with a Specialist Practitioner Qualification to join their community leadership teams in various locations across Leicester and Leicestershire, including Loughborough. The role involves leading and managing both registered and non-registered staff and overseeing patient care assessment, management, and evaluation for a designated caseload.

Key responsibilities include providing specialized nursing care, managing clinical activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in remaining at home. Leadership, clinical governance, and promoting self-care are also integral to the position.
