What to expect

7. What experience do you have with financial management in a medical practice, including budgeting and financial forecasting?
8. How do you ensure compliance with NHS financial guidelines while maximising profitability?
9. Can you give an example of how you have previously identified and capitalised on an income-generating opportunity within a practice?
10. What is your experience with CQC standards and regulations, and how have you ensured compliance in previous roles?
