Honeypot Medical Centre in Stanmore is seeking a proactive and skilled Business-Operations Manager to oversee the effective management of their innovative general practice, which supports over 18,000 patients. This role entails ensuring high-quality patient care, leading human resources functions to maintain staff motivation and productivity, managing operational systems, and ensuring financial profitability in accordance with NHS guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities, alongside a deep understanding of general practice operations and regulations.

Key responsibilities include managing staffing and recruitment, overseeing training and compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining efficient IT systems, assuring financial management and budgeting, and ensuring the practice meets local and national performance indicators. The role also encompasses health and safety management, enhancing patient services, and providing strategic oversight for the practice's future direction.
