The position holder is a highly experienced nurse who can provide a comprehensive ACS/RACPC service and advance to an expert level of enhanced practice. The role entails conducting a thorough chest pain assessment, applying specialist knowledge and skills, making decisions through effective interdisciplinary care, and leveraging clinical and managerial expertise to facilitate treatment of a defined caseload of patients' health and care needs. The position holder must have a strong foundation in providing direct clinical care, be able to perform advance physical assessments, possess IRMER, and Non-medical prescribing either has them or working towards achieving. Aspects of management, research, leadership, and education from all four professional practice pillars within the speciality will be included in the role.
