The Strategy and Partnerships Manager will Support the Associate Director of Strategy and Director of Strategy and Integration in the development and implementation of the Group's strategic ambitions. Support the development of key Group strategies (e.g. Group strategy, corporate enabling strategies in areas such as workforce, quality and safety, research), and the process of refreshing them as necessary, working closely with individual Executive Directors and the Group Board. Lead the Strategy Directorate's work on horizon-scanning / analysis, to ensure that the Group has a strong understanding of the changing environment it operates in, and responds appropriately. Lead the Strategy Directorate's work in developing new relationships with partners for the Group, and maintaining key strategic partnerships Work with Clinical Divisions to identify, assess and pursue business development opportunities. Support the translation of the Group Strategy into the annual business planning process, and the way the Group does business / approaches planning.
