To be considered for this post you will need to be a registered mental health nurse and be keen to develop experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams who care for adults within mental health secondary care sector. The post holder will work as a Clinical Team Leader in the Borough team providing brief clinical and social care intervention for service users. To Triage referrals and co-ordinate duty assessments, Be responsible for the supervision of staff & their case load. Facilitate appropriate clinical practice of the team including CPN's, OT's, Administrative staff and AMHPS. Draw up the monthly rotas Develop and maintain close professional relationships with GP's and other professionals. Ensure staff practices in a safe, appropriate and professional way with service users and their carers. Attend professional practice forums Organise and investigate Safeguarding alerts in line with local Safeguarding policies. Chair clinical and team meetings as appropriate.
