The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Mental Health Clinical Team Leader/Psychiatric Nurse for the Harrow Community Mental Health Hub. This role requires an experienced registered mental health nurse to provide leadership and support in a busy community mental health service. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, oversee staff and case loads, and coordinate clinical practice while ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies and community health standards. The position promotes professional development and offers opportunities in a transformative mental health environment that emphasises Trauma Informed Approaches.

Key responsibilities include triaging referrals, conducting assessments, fostering collaborations with local GP practices, and actively participating in team and professional practice forums.
