The role will be administration based, including administration support to multiple regular weekly meetings, on-call rota management but also with a wide-ranging opportunity to develop experience in the emergency planning sphere supporting the Head of EPRR and EPRR Manager. A background in emergency planning is desirable but not essential. As the EPRR Administrator for the EPRR Team, the post holder will be responsible for day-to-day administration including day to day inbox management for the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and act as the main point of contact for the team. They will also undertake emergency preparedness, operational support and business continuity duties allocated by line manager and wider team, including response to emergencies and service disruptions. The post holder will: Act as the main point of contact for Resilience and Operational Support and manage day-to-day administration, including inbox management of the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and team inboxes Under direction of line manager, co-ordinate and support administrative tasks relating to EPRR and Business Continuity Planning. Support the wider Resilience and Operational Support function with administrative tasks as delegated by line manager Support line manager to develop and maintain sensitive communication with a range of people (including commissioners, clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders) Arrange EPRR Committees, site forums, meetings/virtual meetings and events providing full admin support including Minutes etc As directed by line manager to develop and maintain systems and databases for collating EPRR information As directed by line manager creating and maintain Strategic & Tactical On-Call Rotas, On Call Packs and Emergency Contacts as required across the organisation to ensure there is sufficient adequate cover with appropriately trained staff. Person Specification Business Administration Level 3 (NVQ, Apprenticeship L3) or equivalent Maths and English GCSE A-C or Level 4- 9 Competent working with a range of complex Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) Ability to work autonomously, deal with queries independently and escalate where appropriate Highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn/develop further Be prepared to work flexibly in and out of hours in an emergency situation.
