The post will be based at Whiston Hospital. You will be working in a busy environment and closely with the remainder of the Admin Team. Communication and customer care is key is this team. The post will be varied and a great opportunity to gain new skills and enhance your knowledge and experience by working within varies settings. Receptions service for visitors, telephone callers and mail. To ensure that all referrals (discharge notifications) are checked, recorded and inputted on appropriate databases/systems and ensure they are sent to appropriate areas. To ensure that recording, processing and updating local authority systems is in line within their specific policies and procedures. Updating sickness and absence procedures. Stationery and equipment orders Information and data processing and reporting Maintaining patient/service user files Updating care plans/assessments Invoices Minute taking Updating Master Control Plan (patients who are medically optimised). All other duties that are considered appropriate to the post.
