The post holder will be required to carry out routine maintenance and repair of a range of electro-mechanical equipment within Livewell Southwest hospitals, health centres, clinics and administration buildings including Decontamination equipment, air conditioning/refrigeration systems, heating systems, plumbing, building management systems, motors, engineering plant, equipment and processes. The Post-holder will also be required to become qualified and then carry out duties as an Authorised Person (AP) for electrical works in accordance with published HTM and once assessed as competent by Line Management.
