Participate in educational audits and ensure that the Resuscitation Service always provides an appropriate learning environment. In conjunction with the Learning and Education Manager work to ensure that all Trust staff receive resuscitation training as identified in their Statutory & Mandatory training profile. Working across both sites, but primarily based in TGICNHSFT , you will assist the Lead Resuscitation Officer to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive resuscitation service for TGICNHSFT. This will include a full multidisciplinary training package (including Resuscitation Council (UK) and ALSG courses), resuscitation equipment provision for both hospital and community partners and actively participating in national audit data collection (NCAA). You will be a current ALS instructor. It would be desirable to have paediatric instructorship, but the full support of the SNHSFT Educational Team to assist you in developing a paediatric resuscitation training portfolio.
