To manage the administration team budgets within the Directorate and to ensure an income and expenditure balance, as directed by the Clinical Director and Group Manager. To review coding accuracy, activity discrepancies and data quality initiating audit when necessary alongside the Group Manager. Communications Establish effective two-way communications incorporating all staff within the Directorate. Ensure appropriate communication processes are in place to cascade information within the Directorate. Take corrective action as necessary. In conjunction with the Group Manager, develop business plans for the Group, as required. To identify opportunities for new markets and schemes to generate additional income. To develop appropriate strategies for inclusion in the business plan to take full advantage of these opportunities.
