Salary This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and youll receive an annual salary of £24,924 - £27,582 per annum - depending on experience. Hours For this full time role, you will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00. How will we support you? Bespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training course Competency framework Regional and national career development opportunities Our bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needs Support from the wider team Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK, and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks. As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Focussing on all things data, you will: Produce reports using Excel and SystmOne Use excel to data cleanse, and manipulate data Input data into excel and SystmOne Produce reports for the Senior Leadership team Admin tasks will include: Carry out admin duties all healthcare pathways, predominantly primary care Work closely with colleagues in other areas of the healthcare team, including mental health Arrange and coordinate internal and external appointments, including hospital appointments Deal with patients, colleagues and other professionals via phone and email, as well as face to face Attend meetings and take minutes as required If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
