At interview, the candidates will be expected to deliver a short presentation on the following subjects: How would you approach your first three months at the Practice? How would you prepare for a CQC inspection? Informal visits to the Practice are welcomed. Interviews will be held on 20th/21st November 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational and operational leadership and delivering key targets across the full rnage of clinical and administrative areas. The post will involve reviewing, developing and implementing the overall operational business strategy as agreed with the Partners to ensure the practice meets its agreed aims and objectives, within a profitable, efficient, effective and safe working environment. About us This senior role has responsibility for the overall business management of two busy surgeries. The post holder will have financial responsibility liaising directly with the Partners, supported by the Finance and Accounts Manager. Confidence to prepare annual accounts, control monthly cash flow, and interface at all levels is essential. This will include liaison with external bodies e.g. banking; legal representatives; insurance and the practice landlords. The Practice Manager must ensure compliance with the principals as laid down by the Care and Quality Commission and all other Statutory Bodies. The Practice Manager has responsibility for complaints handling and significant event reporting. Provide leadership and management skills to enable the practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe and effective working environment. "}
