The Kite unit is a ten-bed neuropsychiatric rehab service for adults following an acquired brain injury, whose impairments are largely in the cognitive, behavioural, or mental health spectrum, with the aim to enable patients to rebuild their lives after a brain injury. You will be responsible for meeting the needs of patients and their families to achieve improved health outcomes and promote health and wellbeing while demonstrating care, compassion, competence, communication, courage, and commitment. Assess patients, plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care and carry out nursing procedures. Provides direct nursing care for patient to achieve best health outcomes.
