The Clinical Learning and Development team provides Trust wide clinical education, ranging from pre-registration, basic skills to advance interventional skills and knowledge. You will be joining a dynamic multi-professional team with the aim to work as a practice educator for Pre-registration Midwifery in the Clinical Learning and Development team providing high quality education. The post holder will be the main point of contact for pre-registration midwifery, practice assessors and practice supervisors. This post is a part- time (15 hrs/ week) permanent post. The post holder will be co-ordinating the educational activities and assessments of learning. The post holder will actively promote and contribute to inter-professional learning activities across the Division and Trust wide and be an effective role model for best practice. The suitable candidate will be an experienced registered midwife with good clinical competence and excellent ability to teach and support learning.
