Main Duties of the Job Lead the strategic delivery of the construction and commercial elements of the Main Build Programme, ensuring alignment with NHS sustainability and Net Zero targets. Oversee the development and management of project teams, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices. Manage procurement processes for construction and commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and best value for money. Develop and implement integrated governance and risk management plans for the Main Build Programme. About us Key Responsibilities: Provide construction and commercial leadership for the Main Build Programme, ensuring alignment with project goals. Oversee the management of project budgets, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring best value for money.
