As the HHRP Design and Construction Workstream Lead (Main Build), you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of the Main Build Programme within the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment. This role involves providing construction and commercial leadership, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with best practices and sustainability standards. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering a facility that meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Main Duties of the Job
- Lead the strategic delivery of the construction and commercial elements of the Main Build Programme, ensuring alignment with NHS sustainability and Net Zero targets.
- Oversee the development and management of project teams, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Manage procurement processes for construction and commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and best value for money.
- Develop and implement integrated governance and risk management plans for the Main Build Programme.
