Carry out delegated clinical duties within HMP & YOI Parc. Undertake Phlebotomy clinics and dry blood spot testing. To perform physiological measurements such as blood pressure monitoring, pulse monitoring, waist circumference measurement, weight monitoring. Providing any necessary Health Promotion advice to patients and carers e.g. Smoking Cessation, Weight Management Support, Alcohol Consumption. Undertake Spirometry testing, and record result in patient information. Undertake ECG monitoring. To participate in the administration of immunisations under a Patient Specific Directive following a period of training i.e. B12, influenza and pneumococcal injections. To perform basic wound management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse following appropriate training and assessment.
