This role leads a HR advisory team who work together to support our colleagues within the Paramedic Emergency Service and Patient Transport Service across the Cheshire and Merseyside areas, and trust wide Corporate Services staff. The successful candidate should have noticeable experience already gained at senior HR advisor/manager level, and can demonstrate experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a HR function that provides advice and support on a range of employment matters, which include; discipline, grievance, sickness management, organisational change, performance management, recruitment, NHS terms and conditions and employee experience. This role will involve working in collaboration with internal and external partners so strong interpersonal communication skills are essential. Alongside this you will possess a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and have a solution focused, positive, and pragmatic approach that supports our team to deliver their best. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and complement our experienced and talented team, and will be willing to travel to any of the trust's sites within the north west area which covers the regions of Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire.
