The North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead an HR advisory team in Liverpool. The role involves supporting colleagues in the Paramedic Emergency Service and Patient Transport Service, as well as Corporate Services staff across Cheshire and Merseyside. The ideal candidate should have significant senior-level HR experience, adept in managing various employment issues such as discipline, grievance, recruitment, and performance management, alongside a comprehensive understanding of UK employment law. Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The HR Manager position requires a self-motivated individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Candidates should be solution-focused, willing to travel across the trust's sites in the Northwest region, and have a positive approach to fostering team success.
