Provide a high standard of care to individuals and families.3. Be aware of the needs of patients and their relatives and have knowledge of statutory and voluntaryservices.4. Be an effective member of a Nursing Team working within the community directorate .5. To be responsible for the caseload management and supervision of the nursing team, in the absenceof the District Nurse/ Caseload Holder.
