This information is removed We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacy leader with a proven record of pharmacy workforce transformation, who is interested in a role that supports the delivery of Pharmacy workforce development and transformation priorities across ICS. The postholder will provide leadership to: The delivery of Workforce priorities across the ICS. Work with partners to manage the current workforce and skills gap. Plan and coordinate training provision, training placements and development of training infrastructure across ICS to support development of pharmacy workforce. Mature partnership working with university through Institute to maximise workforce pipeline and optimise capability of workforce, whilst improving contribution to research to improve outcomes, uptake of innovative medicines and support broader social and economic development. The post holder will need to build and maintain a broad range of relationships at all levels of the system with a particular focus on integrated working and use of population health management approaches to improve access, experience, and outcomes from medicines.
