Join NHS Sussex ICB as our Deputy Head of Medicines Workforce Development Transformation and be part of an exciting journey to enhance pharmacy workforce development across our Integrated Care System. We are looking for an experienced and passionate pharmacy leader who is ready to make a significant impact. In this role, you’ll drive initiatives that address workforce gaps, coordinate training opportunities, and foster partnerships with universities to improve the pharmacy workforce's capability. Your leadership will help ensure that we are delivering optimal care to our communities, making a real difference to patient outcomes.
