As a key member of the Enfield Senior Leadership Team, you'll have operational responsibility for a number of key community services and set the agenda to deliver quality mental health care across Enfield adult community mental health teams. The successful candidate will work to ensure our services are representative of the communities we serve and deliver equitable care across Enfield. You'll have experience of service improvement, and interfacing with key system partners, including Local Authority, Primary Care Networks, Voluntary Sector Organisations, Housing, police and the ICB. The main duties of the role are to work within the Enfield Senior Leadership Team to oversee community mental health services to deliver equitable and compassionate care for Enfield residents. Key responsibilities are: To be responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of services including the management of all staff and related budgets. To lead the Transformation of community mental health services in Enfield. To develop services in the borough in partnership with our Council colleagues, other statutory agencies, the independent sector, service users and carers. To lead in facilitating health and social care to work in partnership at all times, and to ensure that the values and ethos of social care, as well as of the NHS, are embedded within the organisation. To support the Managing Director, Clinical Director & Associate Director of Nursing in the strategic development of services across the Enfield.
