A Service Manager vacancy has arisen within Enfield Adult Community Mental Health Services for an experienced manager to join our transformation journey.
As a key member of the Enfield Senior Leadership Team, you'll have operational responsibility for a number of key community services and set the agenda to deliver quality mental health care across Enfield adult community mental health teams.
The successful candidate will work to ensure our services are representative of the communities we serve and deliver equitable care across Enfield.
You'll have experience of service improvement, and interfacing with key system partners, including Local Authority, Primary Care Networks, Voluntary Sector Organisations, Housing, police and the ICB.
The main duties of the role are to work within the Enfield Senior Leadership Team to oversee community mental health services to deliver equitable and compassionate care for Enfield residents. Key responsibilities are:
Ensure the requirements of integrated governance are met (clinical, corporate and risk).
Create a supportive management culture within the integrated teams to harness the capacity, energy and commitment of the workforce. We operate a Just and Learning Culture.
To continually review working practices, methods and staffing requirements to enable the local services to adapt to shifting pressures and demands.
Deputise in the absence of the Managing Director.
