Assist with the high standard of holistic care (physical, psychological, social and spiritual), provided by the Care Team Members of Julias House Hospice as appropriate Assess the needs of families, plan, develop and continue to deliver a service that provides them with access to the Family Support Services which they require, in line with service criteria.
