As our Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of District Nursing and Community Therapy services in Oxfordshire. Your responsibilities will include taking a lead role in developing teams and services and to ensure the delivery of high quality care. Your contributions will directly impact patient care and experience. You'll also be responsible for the operational management of the service areas, contributing to planning, co-ordinating, budget management, workforce development and delivering quality improvement. This role will be part of the relevant service management team on call rota and may involve working unsocial hours during evenings and at weekends as well as working in hours as service need dictates to attend Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust meetings as required.
