Here at WWL maternity services, our aim is to develop confident and compassionate practitioners who can make a positive contribution to midwifery practice. We are looking to recruit midwives with a current interest in working on Delivery Suite, Community, Maternity Ward and Maternity Triage. Applicants are welcome from NMC registrants who are highly motivated and passionate about providing high quality, evidence based cared. The post holder will work as a member of our team, providing and leading midwifery care to service users and families. Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive orientation programme and we assure that they will receive appropriate support and development. To provide high quality, safe and evidence based care across all settings; applying knowledge and skills to holistically assess, plan, implement and evaluate care within their scope of practice. Facilitate informed decision making in all aspects of antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care. Establish and maintain effective communication with women and their families.
