Location: Lincoln County Hospital Hours: Full time, permanent Working pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17:00pm Salary: Band 3 £24,071 - £25,674 per annum depending on experience Key responsibilities Provide high-quality administrative support to the Outpatients Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate appointments, booking both new and follow up appointments ensuring national and local targets are always adhered to. Act as the first point of contact for patients both face to face and by telephone, offering excellent customer service. Liaise effectively with GP's and other health care professionals both internally and externally. What we're looking for GCSE's grade C and above in Maths and English or equivalent Previous experience of working in a customer care environment or experience of working in an office environment. Previous experience of using Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
