The plan must be transformational and align to the direction in the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and policy paper Faster, simpler and fairer: our plan to recover and reform NHS dentistry. The post holder will project manage the creation of a workforce plan and an outline business case for appropriate supporting facilities, including the option of a new centre for dental development in the community with a best value operating model. Lead on the delivery of the Dental Workforce Transformation Programme including risk andissue management, reporting, milestone achievement, information management andreporting, comms and engagement, and benefits management. Establish a robust governance and management framework for the Programme that willdeliver the outputs and outcomes necessary to achieve the aims of the NHS Long TermWorkforce Plan and the policy paper \"Faster, simpler and fairer: our plan to recover andreform NHS Dentistry\". Manage the whole lifecycle of work packages and projects against the Programme plan toensure deliverables within the scope of a project are defined and delivered, in order that theoutcomes can be achieved, benefits realised, and lessons continually captured andmanaged.
