The Programme Manager (Dental Workforce Transformation) role at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust involves leading the creation of a transformational workforce plan in collaboration with the Oral and Dental Directorate, the University of Sheffield, and various stakeholders. This position aims to enhance patient care and professional training within the dental sector, aligning with the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and related policies. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of the Dental Workforce Transformation Programme, managing risks and issues, reporting, milestone achievements, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires establishing a governance framework to ensure the Programme meets its objectives while managing the lifecycle of projects and work packages to achieve desired outcomes and benefits. This is a fixed-term contract position lasting 12 months, with reviews based on external funding and legal obligations regarding fixed-term contracts.
