Interventions may be offered as part of a group or individual basis. The postholder may be expected to work weekends and some early evenings as part of this role. All interventions offered will be under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will work alongside established Occupational Therapists, assistants, and education staff and an experienced MDT, including Medical, Nursing, SLT, Psychology, and Social Work colleagues. HPFT works with Three Universities and supports the ongoing Occupational Therapy, Apprenticeship program. The Broadland Clinic is a medium secure unit for adult men who have offended or are at risk of doing so, we also have assessment and treatment and two community teams on site. To work individually with service users on specific tasks and therapeutic activities as identified by an Occupational Therapist. To provide feedback to the team regarding observed occupational performance during a session which will contribute to assessment and therapeutic interventions. To maintain clinical records using the electronic patient record system. To liaise with carers and other professionals as relevant.
