The Occupational Therapy Assistant role at Little Plumstead with Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust involves delivering therapeutic activity interventions aimed at the recovery and rehabilitation of male service users with learning disabilities at the Broadland Clinic. The position includes facilitating both group and individual sessions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, with responsibilities such as promoting meaningful engagement, providing feedback on service user performance, and maintaining clinical records. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the Assistant will also be expected to attend training and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
