This is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to be part of a transformational service for young people with Neurodiverse needs. The post holder will be responsible for: - Support young people with Neurodiverse needs and their families by reviewing and triaging Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) referrals. Support and operate the on-line and paper referral systems, and triage inputting onto Lorenzo and other clinical systems. Undertake general enquiry calls from families and professionals and provide advice as required. Complete school observations as requested by a clinician as part of a young person's diagnostic assessment for Autism and/or ADHD. Review and collate relevant information and map this onto a template to support clinicians as part of a young person's diagnostic assessment for Autism and/or ADHD. Assist with QB testing as requested by a clinician as part of a young person's diagnostic assessment for ADHD. Undertake specific skilled support work and/or clinical tasks with minimum supervision.
