Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated Band 4 Associate Practitioner to join its Hull and East Riding Children's Neurodiversity Service, focusing on supporting young people with neurodiverse needs, particularly in relation to Autism and ADHD. The role involves reviewing and triaging referrals, managing online and paper systems, handling inquiries from families and professionals, conducting school observations, and assisting clinicians with diagnostic assessments and QB testing.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative service, requiring relevant experience in working with neurodiverse youth and their families. The Associate Practitioner will perform skilled support work and clinical tasks with minimal supervision, playing a key role in providing essential support and guidance to young people and their families in the diagnostic process.
