What to expect

6. Can you describe your experience in developing and mentoring junior team members? What approaches do you find most effective?
7. How do you ensure that your team remains motivated and engaged in their professional development?
8. What role do you think a Clinical Lead Orthotist plays in implementing best practices and improving departmental standards?
9. Describe your experience collaborating with medical and allied health professionals. How do you ensure effective communication within a multidisciplinary team?
10. How do you approach discussing treatment options with patients to ensure they understand their choices and feel engaged in their care?
11. How do you monitor and audit the treatment you provide to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with health and safety regulations?
12. Can you provide an example of how you have improved a process or service in your previous role?
13. What techniques do you use to ensure that patients are engaged and satisfied with their treatment plans?
14. How do you handle situations where a patient may be unhappy with their orthotic device or treatment?
15. What experience do you have with digital workflows in orthotics? How have you integrated technology into your practice?
16. Can you provide an example of an innovative solution you developed or implemented that positively impacted patient care or departmental efficiency?
