What to expect

9. How do you manage your time and workload, especially when handling multiple patients across different practices?
10. Describe a situation in which you had to manage competing priorities during a busy day. What strategies did you use?
11. What strategies do you employ to support patients in adopting health promotion and self-care principles?
12. How do you approach discussing sensitive topics with patients, such as lifestyle changes or chronic disease management?
13. Can you share an experience where you had to handle a difficult conversation with a patient or their family?
14. How do you ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and local policies in your practice?

16. What are your goals for continued professional development as a newly qualified GP?
