The Falmouth and Penryn Primary Care Network is looking for a newly qualified GP to join their established team, offering an opportunity for GPs who have completed their training in the last two years and have not held a substantive GP post before. In this role, the GP will provide clinical care across up to four nearby practices for 2 to 6 sessions per week, focusing on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities will include assessing and triaging patient needs, implementing care plans, and managing workload efficiently, all while maintaining adherence to GMC standards and local guidelines.

The role emphasises teamwork, requiring the newly qualified GP to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Key tasks involve clinical examinations, medication prescriptions, processing referrals, and engaging in quality initiatives and patient management.
