What to expect

10. This role involves planning and documenting therapy activities. What strategies do you use to keep your work organised and ensure all documentation is accurate?
11. How do you prioritise tasks when managing a defined caseload?
12. Can you share an instance when you had to adapt your approach or therapy activities based on a child's individual needs?
13. How do you incorporate creativity into therapy sessions to engage children effectively?
14. What techniques do you use to create a rapport with children and their families?

19. How do you approach professional development, and what specific skills are you hoping to enhance in this role?
