Ideally the candidate will have: Experience caring for patients with long-term conditions and managing own caseload of patients Experience working in a team, supervising junior members of staff Experience of EMIS Web or System One; Be aware of national guidelines and management of specific patient groups ARTP Spirometry Accreditation or be willing to work towards accreditation. Experience working at an advanced level, caring for patients with long-term conditions; Manage own caseload of patients.
