About us Candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day processes within the Health Record Service which include scanning of patient records, Indexing to a high quality and many other associated processes.Candidates must be able to demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and have good verbal communication skills. Applicants should highlight how they meet these criteria through their employment history, qualifications and within their supporting information. Health Records staff work specific shifts within the working week, either 8 am-4 pm or 10am-6pm, also working 1 Saturday in 4 8am-12, late shifts are on a 2:1 ratio per per. i.e. 1 late one week, 2 the next and so on.
