{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nCommunity Occupational Therapist: Learning Disabilities with Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust in Bournemouth\n\n Are you passionate about overcoming health inequalities, want to be creative with reasonable adjustments, and wish you knew more about supporting people with learning disabilities? The BCP Adult Learning Disability Service are offering a rare 6 month secondment opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join us. As an integrated health and social care team, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary and multi-agency team. You will be based in our Bournemouth office, near Ensbury Park, although the majority of the workload will be in community settings across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole (BCP). The clients on your caseload will all have a Learning Disability (LD) and may include those with multiple disabilities, complex communication difficulties, sensory needs, and behaviours that challenge. Experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities is not vital, but a desire to work with this client group and a knowledge and understanding of their needs is important. Although this post is advertised as a full time post, part-time would be considered. This post would be perfectly suited to someone looking to spend 6 months developing their skills in working with people with learning disabilities.
