There will be evidence of working to a high standard and delivering excellent patient care, alongside the experience of supporting colleagues and new starters, teaching or training.Contributing effectively to ensure the Trust and Division meet targets relating to learning and development, including the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and adapt them to learning need, with support.
