Based in Speke there will be the opportunity for some home working. Additional travel to other sites, specifically Bolton, for note taking purposes will be required . Interviews will take place: WC 17 Feb 2025 The role involves a range of administrative tasks including accurate notetaking at various hearings, arranging meetings, dealing with general queries, inputting into various IT systems and producing regular reports, electronic filing and photocopying. Excellent keyboard skills are required along with previous experience of effective administrative practices. Good computer literacy skills in Microsoft word and excel are essential as is accurate inputting into information systems and databases. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks appropriately. The successful candidate must be able to use their own initiative and work without close supervision.
