{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nOccupational Therapy Assistant (Community) Band 3 with Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust in Waterloo\n\n We are seeking a dynamic, caring person, with experience of working with children, to join our occupational therapy team as an occupational therapy assistant on a 13 month fixed term basis. The role will primarily be to support our Occupational Therapy service and you will work across South Sefton in a variety of community settings such as children's homes, clinics, nurseries and schools. Our community therapy service works with children aged 0-18 (19 in special schools), who have a neuro disability, motor co-ordination difficulties, sensory difficulties or developmental delay. We are a small supportive team which includes occupational therapists, admin support, physiotherapy assistants and physiotherapists. We have a robust induction, preceptorship and supervision structure for all staff and an in-service training programme with lots of opportunities for further learning and development. We have strong links with staff in our acute services at Alder Hey and we work in an integrated way with education and socials services colleagues across the city. To follow agreed treatment plans provided by the Occupational Therapist, delivering a high standard of paediatric Occupational Therapy and providing on-going liaison with the Occupational Therapist regarding children's management. To assist the therapist in the delivery of Occupational Therapy intervention using a range of delegated activities and treatment methods. To ensure patient and parent/carer understanding of treatment proposals, gain valid informed consent and have the capacity to work within a legal framework with patients who lack capacity to consent to treatment.
