Band 6In addition to core training as a counsellor, you must have an HEE Talking Therapies approved training qualification such as PCE-CfD, CTfD. For those qualified Counsellors who have not yet gained BACP Accreditation you must be committed to completion of this within your first 12 months in post. Band 7In addition to the above you must be accredited with the BACP already and hold a supervision qualification.
